Role Description

This is a full-time role for a AI Engineer. You will work directly with the co-founders, engineers, and designers to build and maintain SPUN’s platform, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for our customers.

You will be in charge of design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems that can streamline critical workflows within SPUN which directly impact efficiency, compliance and innovation across our operations. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Working Conditions

• Role type: Full-time

• Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO on Tue–Thu, WFA on Mon & Fri)

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with fine-tune LLMs and agentic AI tools/frameworks.

• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks.

• Experience with Vector DB, efficient index strategy and secure data management

• Experience in deploying pipelines with monitoring, logging, and feedback loops to ensure continuous model quality and compliance.

• Familiar with best practices for data control/governance and zero data retention.

• Ensure model performance, bias mitigation, security, and regulatory standards across all deployments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional team.

• Nice to have: Experience in deployment of self-hosted intelligent solution at scale.
