Product Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Product Manager. You will work directly with the co-founders, designers, engineers, and cross-functional team members to deliver features that solve real user problems in global mobility.
Your primary focus will be SPUN’s dashboard, a critical product vertical for customer engagement and retention. At first, you will work closely with the co-founders & core team members to learn the user journey, workflows, and technical context step by step. Over time, you will take full ownership of the dashboard’s roadmap, execution, and performance.
We are looking for someone who is eager to work closely with stakeholders, run small-scale experiments, and turn business needs into actionable product requirements. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Working Conditions
Role type: Full-time (we’re open for internship to begin with for potential conversion to full-time)
Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO on Tue-Thu, WFA on Mon & Fri)
Qualifications
Experience in product, analytics, engineering, operations, or related roles is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome if you can show strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to execute
Ability to take a feature from idea to launch, including defining requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking outcomes
Comfortable using data tools such as Google Sheets, analytics platforms, or SQL to guide decisions, or willing to learn quickly
Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency and sharing context
Able to balance user needs with business priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity about new tools, technology, and ways to make processes more efficient
