Role Description

We’re looking for a RSO (Revenue, Strategy, Operations) & Finance Intern to help with managing financial data systems, documenting SOPs, and coordinating with business partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and cross-functional collaboration — and wants to learn how an operations backbone is built inside a growing tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Database Management

• Update internal wiki and service databases 

• Maintain pricing database and analysis

2. SOP Documentation

• Help organize and document existing or missing SOPs related to revenue and growth

• Create accounting journal guidelines and assist in reconciliation checks 

3. Business Partner & Administrative Support

• Assist in the creation and coordination of partnership agreements

• Handle administrative processes for business partners

Working Conditions

• Role type: Internship

• Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO on Tue–Thu, WFA on Mon & Fri)

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Finance-related background: Accounting, Economics or Industrial Engineering from reputable university or other related fields (especially those focusing on systems and database management)

• Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data management

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills

• Able to collaborate effectively across teams and eager to learn new tools or processes

• End-to-end process of managing business partners and financial documentation
