SPUN is looking for a reliable Field Agent to support our customers during their visa application process in Jakarta / Bali / Medan / Surabaya.

What you’ll do:

• Provide onsite assistance to customers during their visa biometric appointment at the Visa Center or Embassy.

• Assist customers in understanding officers’ instructions, especially in case of language barriers.

• Pick up and deliver documents for submission or passport collection at the Visa Center or Embassy when required.

• Stay responsive via phone/WhatsApp to support customers when needed.

Who we’re looking for:

• Available to assist at Visa Center or Embassy.

• Communicative, patient, and trustworthy.

• Comfortable assisting customers onsite.
