Field & Visa Support Officer
We’re looking for a Field & Visa Support Officer to assist with on-the-ground visa processing activities, including submitting and following up documents at government offices or embassies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, clear communication, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with the Visa Officer to ensure smooth operations, gain practical experience in visa procedures, and build strong coordination skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Working Conditions:
Location: South Jakarta (Hybrid WFH + WFO)
Type: Full-time, contract
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, verify, and submit visa-related documents to government offices, embassies, or other institutions.
Facilitate in-person follow-ups with relevant authorities to expedite visa processing.
Provide logistical support for visa applicants, including escorting them to required locations if needed.
Maintain clear records and communicate updates to the Visa Officer.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during field visits.
Requirements:
Final-year student/fresh graduate from vocational schools or majoring in tourism-background
Experience in field operations, administration, or a similar role, experience in visa processing or travel agent is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
Familiarity with local government procedures and regulations is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
