Working Conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance activities including payments and monthly closing.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external tax partners to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

• Own budgeting and financial analysis (variance, cost control, and performance insights).

• Build and improve financial processes, documentation, and operational workflows.

• Support cross-department strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operational finance.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem solver.

• Strong coordination skills; comfortable working across teams.

• Advanced Excel skills; English proficiency.

• Brevet A/B and knowledge of Indonesian taxation is a plus.

• Startup experience or project-based work is an advantage.

• Passion for travel & international mobility is a plus.
