HRGA Manager
Role Description
SPUN is an international mobility company supporting visa, relocation, and cross-border travel processes across multiple countries. We are looking for an HRGA Manager with strong 0→1 experience; someone who has built HR and General Affairs systems from the ground up in early-stage or fast-scaling environments.
This role requires high ownership, adaptability, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for shaping people operations, general affairs, and on-ground support for a travel-heavy, international organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement end-to-end HR operations from scratch; recruitment, onboarding, contracts, policies, and employee lifecycle processes
Design recruitment and workforce planning processes suitable for early-stage scaling.
Establish performance management systems; probation, reviews, feedback loops, and basic career frameworks
Manage employee relations; conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance matters
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and adapt HR practices for international operations
Set up and manage General Affairs systems; office operations, vendors, assets, and administrative documentation
Act as HRGA point of contact for on-ground teams during expansion or high-mobility projects
Build simple, reliable HR reporting; headcount, hiring progress, and compliance tracking

Working location: South Jakarta (Hybrid WFH + WFO)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in HRGA or HR Operations
Proven experience working in 0→1 or early-stage companies; building systems from scratch
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law; international exposure is a plus
Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based execution
Highly independent, structured, and execution-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English
