We’re looking for a Partnership Lead to drive growth through high-leverage partnerships - from Community Partnership, Affiliate Marketing, Managing Resellers and SMB Travel Agents and trade show collaborations. You will be working under the Marketing & Growth Division to help identify, onboard, and scale acquisition channels that bring repeatable revenue to SPUN.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in experimentation, is deeply structured in execution, and knows how to balance relationship-building with growth metrics.

Working Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard SMB partner and affiliates to drive customer acquisition

  • Build and manage our Affiliate & KOL network, including performance tracking and optimization

  • Plan and execute partnership-driven trade shows, workshops, or offline activations

  • Collaborate with the Content and Growth teams to develop co-branded campaigns and acquisition funnels

  • Develop scalable playbooks and SOPs for onboarding and activating partners

  • Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of each partnership channel

  • Continuously iterate on what's working and what's not—think like a growth hacker, act like a relationship builder

Requirements:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing

  • Have a strong operational mindset—you love building repeatable systems, not just one-off wins

  • Are confident managing multiple stakeholders, from SMBs to large influencers

  • Creative in how you find and close new partners, but structured in execution

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Passion in travel/international languages or studies is a plus.
