Role Description

We're looking for a curious and data-driven Product Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll help turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product decisions. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Data Scientist to better understand user behavior and improve the product experience. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Expected starting date: May/June 2025

• Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia (in-person), with hybrid of WFO (3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday) & WFA (Monday & Friday)

Responsibilities

• Configure Google Analytics and PostHog to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities

• Build dashboards and visualizations in Metabase to support cross-functional teams

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources

• Assist in designing web analytics logging

• Support ongoing analytics initiatives and help build a culture of data-informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or PostHog for product or web analytics

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying relational databases

• Experience with or willingness to learn Metabase or similar BI tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Bonus Points:

• Experience with A/B testing methodologies

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

• Interest in UX or product design
