Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Product Designer. You will work directly with the co-founders, design leader, advisor, and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to create user-friendly design that solve real user problems. Beyond the pixels, we are looking for product designers who are savvy with conducting user interviews, prototype testing, and digesting research results to make impactful designs.

Working Conditions

• Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia (in-person), with hybrid of WFO & WFH

• Role type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Proven experience in all phases of design process, from user interview, hands-on design, to testing and evaluating the design

• Minimum 2 years of experience doing end-to-end product design process

• Proficient in using design tools like Figma, open to exploring new AI tools

• An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious

• Creative complex problem-solving skills and excellent attention to details

• Interest in the latest trends and techniques, especially within AI & automation landscape
